Quick, Simple and Reliable
Email Addresses: We hate junk mail! We use your email address to to
respond to questions about your order and send you status updates. We do NOT
sell or rent or loan your email address to anyone. If the occasion ever arises
that we get the urge to send you a promotional email, it will not be more
frequently than once a month. We haven't had the urge yet in 24 years.
Product Condition: Most of our parts are purchased new from distributors
or our customers. Many have been on their shelves for an extended period of
time, waiting to be used as spares. Many of the boxes are written on or worn but
the product inside is NEW unless clearly indicated as USED. If items come
boxed 12 per box and you purchase less than 12, we will ship them individually
wrapped and they will be noted as New/Loose. If we determine that an item has
been used (even if just for a short period of time, i.e. demo) we call it USED.
Warranty: We warrant all of our parts for 30 days.
Freight: We ship via UPS, USPS or Federal Express (air only). If you
don't specify a shipping method we will assume UPS ground. If an order is more
than $200 we ship it insured as it appears that Phil the gorilla works for all
three carriers.
Timely Shipping: To assure prompt and timely shipping we hire some people
who just stock and ship our parts, they are not engineers. The vast majority of
orders entered ON-LINE by 3:00 PM CST that are without special requests, are
shipped out that day.
Availability: We make an effort to keep our store up to date with new
in-stock products and up-to-date quantities. Each day we get new items and ship
existing stock, so if you don't find what you are looking for today, please
check back tomorrow. If you are looking for a hard to find item, you can email
us and we will check with a customer or distributor who we think might have that
item.
Return Policy We realize that sometimes what you order is not exactly
what you need.
If this happens to you send the orignial unopened box back to us for a refund.
If you have taken it out of the box, please email us and we will work something
out.
Please include a copy of your original packing slip/invoice with the returned
merchandise.
As expected, if we made a mistake, please email us and let us know and we will
make it right!
